What changes the quotation?
Two similar-looking properties can need very different preparation and scaffold. We cannot quote from the property type alone.
We look at:
- The approximate area being rendered
- The height and number of elevations
- Scaffold and access around the property
- The condition of the existing wall or render
- Any loose or failed areas that need removing or repairing
- Windows, doors, extensions and other details
- The amount of preparation needed before the new system is applied
What the online estimator does
The estimator uses the measurements and access information you enter to give a provisional price range, including VAT. No name, email address or telephone number is required.
It is an indication, not a quotation. It cannot inspect the existing walls, judge the exact scaffold required, or know what preparation will be needed once we have seen the home.
How we quote
We meet you at the property, talk through what you want and tailor the products to your home. The quotation is then fixed. Wall area, scaffold, access and preparation all form part of it.
A fixed quotation
If the indicative figure is in a useful range, send the estimate reference with photographs of the property. We can then review the work, and visit if one is needed, before giving you a fixed quotation.
