Site packages from drawings
Most of our work is silicone rendering on existing houses. We also take on new builds, housing sites and work for small developers and independent house builders — the jobs where you want elevations priced from drawings, not a one-off house visit first.
What to send
PDF is the most useful. GA drawings, elevations and a site plan are enough to start. Add the plot count, which elevations are included, and the site postcode. Photos help if the drawings are light on detail.
We use those drawings for a provisional quotation. That is not a fixed price. If the plots are straightforward we can often go a long way on paper; if access, substrates or the programme are unclear, we will say we need a site visit.
How it works
- Send the drawings Attach the PDFs and a short brief — plots, elevations, location.
- Provisional quotation We price the silicone rendering from the drawings where we can.
- Site visit if needed Some jobs are clear on paper. Others we need to walk before we commit.
- Fixed quotation Once the work is agreed, you get a fixed price, same as a house job.

Can you price from drawings?
Yes, for a provisional quotation. A fixed price comes after the work is clear, and a site visit if we need one. Colour and texture are the same silicone finish we use on existing homes.
Do you only take on housing sites?
No. Individual plots, small developers and independent house builders are fine. Homeowners with an existing house should use the main quote form.
