The three towns sit close together, but the walls are rarely the same. Warwick often involves conservation checks, neighbouring finishes and tighter access on older streets. Leamington is more often a terrace, a later street, or an extension that must meet brick that will remain. Kenilworth is frequently a matter of side access, landscaping, and how a new elevation meets an existing roof or addition.
